The three things that matter
- 1
Upload the three documents that decide it
Six months of business bank statements, your latest financial statements (plus management accounts if you have them), and twelve months of your municipal or Eskom electricity account. PDFs straight from the bank or your accountant. The scan reads them in about a minute.
- 2
Confirm what we found
Every field the scan filled shows with a small dot. Green means it read cleanly, amber means check it. Correct anything that is wrong and move on. You are confirming, not filling in a form.
- 3
Add the people and the property
Directors or owners, each with an ID or passport. The site: owned, rented, or a farm. Company documents and proof of address go in the same batch so nobody has to ask for them later.
The one mistake
Uploading a screenshot or a photo of one page instead of the full PDF. The scan needs the whole statement, and a lender will ask for it anyway. Download the PDF from your banking app and upload that.
What happens next
When you submit, your installer is told the same minute and reviews the pack. It goes to the right funders with one click, and you hear back in one to three business days. Your links stay live for 30 days, so you can stop and come back.
