Scottfin
Part of the Halfway Group since 2017, specialising in instalment sale agreements across commercial, light industrial, agricultural and residential, with a Standard Bank funding partnership behind it.
Decentral Energy Capital
An authorised FSP, number 46526. They finance, own and operate the plant and sell you the output — across shopping centres, offices, educational institutions, estates, farming, industrial and hospitality.
They are also the fallback for every grant exclusion. A farmer who is part-time, on a short lease, has used their one application or wants to refinance an existing system is a live deal here. So is a tourism operator between GTIP windows or without star grading.
Group two
Your own bank
We do not hold panel relationships with the commercial banks. These deals route through your own private or relationship banker, with us preparing the pack that the credit team expects. Each of the four runs an agribusiness desk, which matters on a farm deal.
Bank names and marks are the trademarks of their respective owners. ArkFlow is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for any bank. Your application is your own, submitted by you.
Group three
Government and DFI programmes
These are not partnerships. ArkFlow is not accredited by, empanelled with, or appointed as an agent of Land Bank, the IDC, DALRRD, the Department of Tourism, SEDFA or the NEF. You apply, in your own name. We help you prepare and submit, and we get your chosen installer onboarded and compliant.

What we deliberately leave out
Recorded so nobody re-adds them from a stale article.
- DBSA EGIP — IPP scale only — 100MW projects. Wrong segment entirely.
- SANEDI — Technical grants, not a finance provider.
- Energy Bounce-Back — The window ran to the earlier of 30 August 2024 or 1000MW. Treat as closed.
- Section 12BA — The 125% enhanced deduction expired 28 February 2025 and was not renewed in the 2025 or 2026 Budget. A lot of stale material online still promotes it.
- Section 6C solar rebate — The individual rebate ended after the 2024 tax year.
